Daisy is a wedding planner, but did not have luck dating. Logan was engaged to a very self centered woman, Ainsley; and his brother was married to her sister, Whitney, who was also very self centered. They both claim to be Christians, but their actions did not match that claim. When Logan realized that he couldn't go through with the wedding the family got defensive. Poor Daisy was the scape goat, but Logan realized that Daisy was the right woman for him. Daisy just needed the confidence to know she was good a her job and she was the woman God wanted for Logan. Ms. Kelly has created relatable characters in A Wedding to Cherish. Daisy is a sweetheart, the kind of woman mean girls pick on but other people love. She’s successful, pretty, kind and growing in her faith. Logan is swoon worthy. He’s handsome and kind but stuck in an awful relationship. His interactions with his brothers are strained and result in Logan doubting his decisions. When Daisy and Logan meet, it’s apparent they are kindred spirits. The story evolves from there with lots of ups and downs. The honesty between Logan and Daisy was so refreshing, but the best part of this book was how Ms. Kelly writes about people learning to rely on faith guided by scriptures to direct their lives.
